Next Destinies is the name of the 4th set of Pokemon Cards in the Black & White series of the Pokemon TCG. The English version of the set first released on February 8th, 2012 and contained 103 cards including secret rares.

This was the first expansion to feature EX Cards; Pokemon EX being a more powerful version of a standard Pokemon these cards could give a trainer a potential advantage in battle, but also at great risk as if a Pokemon EX is knocked out, the opponent gets two prize cards instead of one. The six EX cards included in this set are Shaymin, Reshiram, Kyurem, Zekrom, Mewtwo and Regigigas. Like most expansions of the TCG Next Destinies was accompanied by the release of a couple of theme decks, in this instance the Explosive Edge and Voltage Vortex decks.
