Platinum

Titan Cards offer a selection of Pokemon Card Singles from the Platinum set of the Pokemon TCG including common, uncommon, rare, rare holo and G and SP type Pokemon Cards.

Platinum, sometimes known as the Platinum Base Set was the first set in the Platinum series of the Pokemon Trading Card game and the 39th set to be released overall. The English version of the set released on February 11th, 2009 and contained a total of 133 cards.

The set is focused on the Pokemon Platinum videogame which released within 6 weeks of the TCG set and specifically based on showing the bits of Platinum which had changed compared to Diamond and Pearl - bringing in Giratina in both its Origin and Altered Formes and debuting Shaymin to the TCG.

The villainous Team Galactic also take a fairly prominent role in the set as several Team Galactic owned Pokemon are featured, as are a number of trainer cards. As with most expansions in the TCG two theme decks were released alongside Platinum; the Rebellion and Flourish decks.
